Optics

Each luminaire family uses lens sets matched to sports geometry. In our stadium series, the same body takes 10°, 25°, 45°, 60° and 90° lenses, plus an 80×155° asymmetric option — narrow beams for far-throw positions, wide and asymmetric beams for near-field infill and low-glare court lighting. One body across a whole mast means one set of spares.

Glare control

Visors, louvres and asymmetric distributions limit how much of the LED array a player or neighbour can see. Indoor arena luminaires use shielded optics so the source is hidden at the high viewing angles typical of volleyball, badminton and basketball.

Thermal design

Die-cast aluminium heatsinks carry heat away from the LED boards. Running LEDs cooler slows lumen depreciation, which in turn lets the design use a better maintenance factor.

Drivers and power

Wide-range input drivers (in the stadium series, AC 86–265 V) cover international supplies. Driver choice is made with broadcast and slow-motion requirements in mind; see our note on flicker.

Controls

Dimming via 0–10V or DALI is available as a factory option. Typical scene sets: maintenance, training, match, broadcast — plus constant-light-output programmes to compensate for lumen depreciation over time.

Modular scaling

Stadium modules are ganged on a common bracket from one head upwards, so output per position scales without changing optics, aiming references or spare parts.
