Warranty

Warranty terms are stated per product on each luminaire page and confirmed in the quotation. Warranty conditions — operating environment, installation per instructions, electrical supply within rated limits — are attached to each order.

Spare parts

Because stadium modules share one body across beam angles and output levels, a small stock of heads, lenses and drivers covers a full installation. We recommend a spares list with each project.

Technical support

Our design desk answers questions on installation, aiming, controls and measurement results. Send photos, measurement grids or control schedules and we will review them against the original study.
